Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Nobody honest can. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides. What we do is make sure your application is complete, accurate and well prepared, which gives you the best possible chance.
Are you a law firm or a licensed immigration adviser?
No. Galley Global Pathways is an independent consultancy. We are not a law firm and we are not linked to any government or embassy. In countries where the law requires a licensed adviser, such as New Zealand work and residence visas, we refer you to one. We do not provide Canadian immigration services.
How much do your services cost?
Every case is different, so we send you a written quote before you pay anything. Our fee covers our work. Government fees, embassy fees, school fees, tickets and insurance are separate and are paid to those providers.
Can you help me get a scholarship?
Yes. We look for scholarships that match your profile and help you prepare strong applications. The final decision belongs to the scholarship provider.
I just graduated. Can you help me find a job abroad?
Yes. We help with your CV, job search, applications, qualification checks and interview preparation for countries such as Australia and New Zealand. Visa steps that need a licensed adviser are referred to one.
Can you plan a holiday or family vacation for us?
Yes. Tell us where you want to go, your dates, how many people are travelling and your budget. We plan the trip and help with visas, flights, hotels, insurance and a day by day itinerary, for any destination.
I'm not in my home country right now. Can you still help me?
Yes. Wherever you are in the world, we can help. We work fully online, so it does not matter which country you live in or where you are travelling from.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything is done online through WhatsApp, email and video calls. You can send your documents securely and follow every step from your phone.
Which languages can I speak with you in?
English, French and Arabic, among others. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us.
What do I need to get started?
Just tell us your goal, your citizenship and the country you want to go to. A copy of your passport is usually the first document we ask for. We then send you a checklist made for your case, so you know exactly what to prepare.
Can you help my whole family?
Yes. We help families with visas, school and university places for children, and holidays. Each person's documents are checked so the whole family's applications are consistent.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We go through the refusal letter with you, explain the reasons given and advise whether reapplying or another option makes sense. Any fees for a new application are set out in a new quote before you decide.
How do I pay?
Payment options are listed in your written quote. You only pay once you have agreed to the quote. Government, embassy and school fees are usually paid directly to them.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use your information only to provide the services you ask for, and we share it only with the organisations involved in your application. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the country, the visa type and the season. When we send your plan, we include the official processing time so you can book with confidence.
